Truthear Gate Review.

 

>TL;DR~

•Pros-

1)Excellent Vocals and Sounstage.

2)Comfortable for long listening.

•Cons-

1)Need to Listen at High Volume (may cause fatigue)

2)Not for Strong Bass Lovers.

>Price/Variant~

Black with no-mic variant at ₹1899/$20

>Design~

The Whole Housing is a Solid Resin Build and the Main Event is the Cable definitely premium for ₹1899/$20 ,the Stock Eartips are Good but I used aftermarket Tips (Audiocular Spinfits and Liquid tips).

The Shell size and shape are comparatively medium fitting and for my ears they are comfortable.

>Devices Used~

1)Ibasso DX160 DAP.

2)IPhone 13 (with Lighting Dongle DAC)

3)IPad Pro 4th Gen (with my DAP as DAC)

>Sound~

Not a V-Shaped or Bassy Tuning. It Leans on Giving you the Feel of music like playing with you.

The Vocals and Instruments are their Home-Ground.

Other Users Complained of it being Sibilant but I listened it at 50-60% Volume and there was no Sibilance.  

1)High’s-

You can feel the instruments playing in their place like the guitars and all the high frequencies are very clear.It is not sibilant at all in my hearing impression.

2)Mid’s-

Female Vocals are Definitely the highlight of these tuning and Male Vocals are bassy i.e, they don’t feel as defined as female vocals.

3)Low’s-

There is a bit of thump and kick when you listen to bassy songs of Travis Scott but this IEM is not for the bass lovers ,look for any other V-Shaped tuning (like the cheaper GK Kunten).

>Comparison~

Vs GK Kunten-

The Kunten’s are definitely a Mainstream Audience Pleaser,the V-Shaped Tuning and the bass thump will please any Beginner whereas The Gate’s are For the one’s who want to feel their music and feel like they are playing in the same room as them and Enjoy the intricate details.

[Praise] for Rockstar Movie (2011) Album

Best Album to ever be created and to bless our ears (hear my word then you can fight me for the position😭)

This album is A pure bliss, Rollercoaster of Emotions.  

Starting from  

(1)Phir se ud chala-This is beginning of ride by giving you the smooth sailing and the feeling of freedom/being free.

(2)Jo bhi main-This song then breaks you out of the illusion of being free and throws you into the mix of whatever you do is wrong.

(3)Katiya Karun-(My favourite track)This song is just ups and down of happiness and sadness ,the start of the song is upbeat,fun and happy but the end is pure breakdown of emotions.(God I love this track so so much)

(4)Kun Faya Kun-one word (believe in god)

(5)Seher mein-Again with fun quirky aspect of music and the album.

(6)Haawa Haawa-The art of story telling thru music.

(7)Aur Ho-This song is the burning sensation you feel what Jordan feels of not getting heer.

(8)Tango for Taj & (10)The Dichotomy of fame-Both are amazingg art if work by A.R.Rahman.

(9)Tum Ko-The Vocals of Kavita Krishnamurthy Ma’am is to die for,the lyrics and vocal can’t be expressed in words,but to be listened and feel.

(11)Naadan Parinde-This song feels to be like coming back home.

(12)Tum Ho-Another Pure Divine soothing Vocal and lyrical magic by Mohit Chauhan Sir.

(13)Sadda Haq-The hard Rock part of the album which involves the artist and his feeling of going against the world.

(14)Meeting Place-One of the best dialogue to be written and said.Period.

(15)Jagran-Again One word Praise God-Jai Mata Rani.

This Album is has everything Vocals,Instruments,Rock,Bass,Devotional Aspect,Fun,Quirkiness. (Find me another album with this type of variation)

This whole rambling was written by me without the help of any AI and this is my subjective analysis of the Best album to be created,you can also share your opinion and  thank you for listening to me.

GK Kunten’s Long Term Review.

 >TL;DR~

•Pros-

1)Price to Performance Ration is Excellent. 2)Best Tastefully Done V-Shaped Tuning for Beginners.

3)Excellent Mids,Highs and Base too.

•Cons-

1)Cheap Feeling KZ Cable.

2)Not so Comfortable Stock Eatips.

>Design~

The Front Plate is Metal Build and the rest is Resin build ,Solid and Sturdy Build (Using mine for roughly 2-3 months and still pristine).

It consist of an Open-Back Type of Design, in my opinion when you are at very low volume is when you can hear outside world and there is no Pressure build up if wearing for long hours - ITS A WORKING GIMMICK.

>Sound~

It’s a Tastefully Done V-Shaped IEM and any beginner would love these.

1)High’s-

Not Piercing or Sibilant at all ,You get a bit of feeling of Sounds and Instruments playing around you (not much tbh). In Lal Ishq (from Ramleela Movie Album) You can hear the instruments Playing very distinctively. A Nicely Done Treble Part.

2)Mid’s-

The Vocals doesn’t take a step back as it is a V-shaped iem ,it is definitely in between the mix well playing with the highs and lows.

The Vocal Part of Tum ko (from Rockstar Movie Album) to Adore You (by Harry Styles) Feels Nice and Lively and you can hear the chorus part very well too.

3)Low’s-

The base part Hits as expected from B-shaped tuning and you can feel it in Lahu Munh Lag Gaya (from Ramleela Movie Album) to  Fe!n and Goosebumps (by Travis Scott).
